This is an interactive training pack designed for taxi services that want to provide a comprehensive level of service to people with disabilities.

It is based on the current training provided by Valerie Richards for the Brighton and Hove City Council Hackney Carriage for over fifteen years. It is an obligatory part of the 'Knowledge' program for new taxi drivers in Brighton and Hove. This training includes one hour of telephone coaching to ensure trainers can use this package to its full potential.

By offering client awareness and service, market share and revenue will increase, at the same time raising the level of job satisfaction for those trained to provide this level of service. This training is suitable for new taxi drivers and for existing drivers who want to improve their services towards those with any disability.

The training lasts for approximately 3 hours and is designed for 10 to 16 participants.
